Within 24 hours of the scoping call I send a written proposal outlining the problem, my approach, what you receive, and the fee. Review it and reply to proceed.

Once you are ready to move forward I send a Statement of Work for signature. It defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. A 50% deposit is due upon signing.

You complete a 15-minute pre-engagement questionnaire that gives me the context I need before setting foot in your organization.

We meet to confirm scope, access, and ground rules. I explain how interviews work and what confidentiality means in practice.

I observe, interview, and analyze. Front-line staff first, then management, then leadership. You will hear from me at weekly check-ins throughout.

I deliver a written draft report. You have the opportunity to flag factual errors before the final is produced. This is not an opportunity to change findings.

I deliver my findings verbally and directly to you and your leadership team. Priorities and hard truths, unfiltered.

The final report incorporates factual corrections and is delivered along with the Ownership Register. Every recommendation has a named owner.

I follow up 30 days after delivery to see how implementation is going and answer any questions. No charge.
