When you receive an encrypted email from us and access it through the portal, Tuta processes a minimal amount of data necessary to deliver the message. 3.4 Client Engagement Data
During consulting engagements, we collect operational data, interview notes, organizational documents, and related materials necessary to complete the engagement scope. Client engagement data is governed by the Statement of Work and, where applicable, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement signed before the engagement begins.
